Senior VoIP Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Engineer
Lee Stanley Corp® is currently searching for a senior OmniPCX Engineer to work at one of our best clients in Washington DC. This person will be the subject matter expert on OXE systems, Omnivista 4760, wireless DECT solution, Omnitouch Contact Center (CCD) Standard and Premium edition, and should also have a great Presale experience with Alcatel-Lucent solutions in release 8.0.1. The candidate should be able to do design and support our customer VoIP systems, as well as assist on installation questions. Alcatel-Lucent Expert certifications (at least 2 ACSE and 2 ACPS) are required. The ideal candidate must have minimum of 08 years experience within Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX working hands on with the systems. This position will be Monday though Friday 8-5pm.
Job duties includes:
· Conduct VoIP Implementation by using his unique and special knowledge of ALCATEL-LUCENT's OMNIPCX Solution to ensure successful design, development and support of the OMNIPCX and other Enterprise communications applications.
· Provide technical leadership in technical solution/installation/design.
· Execute standard interoperability test as well as functional testing on a regular basis to ensure system operation.
· Install, configure and maintain an OmniPCX Enterprise in a standalone or
network configuration
· Perform and document System and Network Audits.
· Work closely with Sales and Engineering in support of Customers.
· Mentor Junior Engineer / Technician.
· Conduct some training session and course developments.

Required Experience & Skills
· Must have a Master degree in network and telecommunications or in engineering or in computer science.
· Must have at least 7 years of overall telecommunications Experience.
· Must have at least 7 years of experience with Alcatel-Lucent VoiP
· Experience with Alcatel-Lucent PBX, Voicemail Systems is mandatory.
· Experience with Omnivista 4760 is mandatory
· Experience with OmniTouch Unified Communication ( OTUS) is mandatory.
· High problem analysis and troubleshooting skills are required.
· Alcatel-Lucent ACSE ( The most advanced Alcatel-Lucent certifications) certifications are required.
· Alcatel-Lucent ACPS (Alcatel–Lucent Certified Presale Specialist)
· Alcatel-Lucent training experience is a plus.
